Health and Water Foundation

Empowering Communities, Promoting Wellness

Who WE ARE

At Health and Water Foundation (HWF), we believe that dignity begins with access; access to safe water, essential healthcare, education, and a healthy environment. Since 2003, we have walked alongside Kenya’s most underserved communities, building lasting solutions where the needs are greatest. From rural villages to informal urban settlements, our work is rooted in compassion, equity, and the belief that every human being deserves to live a dignified life and thrive.
