Our PROGRAMS
We support rural and urban poor communities in Kenya by ensuring access to clean water and sanitation facilities, promoting quality early childhood development, enhancing climate resilience and adaptation and gender mainstreaming

PROGRAMS
Water and Sanitation Infrastructural Development (WASID)
Through this program, we focus on facilitating the construction and upgrading of water supply systems and sanitation facilities in rural and urban poor communities. The objective is to provide water, prevent waterborne diseases, and empower the community, especially women and girls, by reducing the time burden of water collection.

PROGRAMS
Hygiene Education and Promotion (HEAP)
Through the program, we strive to promote hygienic practices through workshops, school programs and community outreach in rural and urban poor areas. The goal is to prevent waterborne diseases, improve overall public health, promote sustainable behavioural change and contribute to enhancing the well-being of vulnerable people.

PROGRAMS
Ecosystem Restoration and Regenerative Agriculture (ERRA)
Climate change is intensifying water scarcity, altering precipitation patterns, and threatening freshwater ecosystems and agricultural productivity. Through climate resilience strategies, environmental conservation / regeneration and capacity-building, we aim to reduce carbon emissions and improve equitable access to clean water.

PROGRAMS
Quality Education for Children and Girls
Recognizing education as a fundamental right and a catalyst for social and economic empowerment, the program works to improve access to and quality of education, particularly for girls in rural and urban poor communities. The objective of the program is to overcome barriers to learning and promote inclusive education initiatives.

PROGRAMS
Research and Advocacy on Water and Sanitation Governance (RAWSAG)
The program focuses on advancing water and sanitation governance in Kenya through research, advocacy and capacity building. The program aims to enhance service delivery, equity, and sustainability in water and sanitation infrastructure by evaluating policies, engaging stakeholders and promoting transparency.

PROGRAMS
Community and Institutional Gender Mainstreaming Integration (CIGEMI)
This program aims to integrate gender considerations across all our initiatives, ensuring women and marginalized groups actively participate in decision-making processes and benefit equitably from our projects. Through capacity-building, advocacy and policy engagement, CIGEMI promotes gender equality and empowers communities.
